The following video selections are available is two formats (Real Video and Windows Media Player) and two download speeds (56k and 256K). The files can be streamed from the server and viewed in real time, however, I would recommend that you right-click on the 256K versions of the files and select "Save Target As" to save them to your computer for simpler and better quality viewing.
